木托盘摆放方式:
Wooden pallet placement:
1、正反交错式:同一层种,不相同列的以90度垂直堆积,木托盘相邻两层的堆积办法是另一层旋转180度的办法。这种办法类似于建筑上的砌砖办法,不相同层间咬合强度较高,相邻层之间不重缝,因而堆积后稳定性较高,但操作较为费事,且包装体之间不是垂直面互相承受载荷 。

2、旋转交错式:第一层相邻的两个包装体互为90度,两层间堆积又相差180度,这样相邻两层之间互相咬合穿插,货体的稳定性较高,不易塌垛。其缺点是,堆积的难度较大,且基地构成空穴,降低木托盘的运用功率。

4、重叠式:即各层堆积办法相同,上下对应。这种办法的利是,工人操作速度快,包装货品的四个角和边堆叠垂直,承载才干大。缺点是各层之间缺少咬合作用,容易发生塌垛。在货品低面积较大的情况下,选用这种办法具有满意的稳定性,如果再配上相应的紧固办法,则不但能保持稳定,还可以保存装卸操作省力的利益。

The advantage of this method is that the workers operate fast, the four corners of the packaged goods are stacked vertically, and the carrying capacity is large. The drawback is that there is a lack of interlocking between layers, so it is easy to collapse. In the case of large goods in a low area, this method has a satisfactory stability. If the corresponding fastening method is matched, it can not only keep stable, but also save the benefits of loading and unloading operation.
